This policy explains how ExtolX Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on its website.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies may store or access information, recognise a browser, maintain a basket, protect a website, remember preferences or measure usage.
How we use them
We may use:
- strictly necessary cookies for security, checkout, basket, account sessions, payments, load balancing and consent choices;
- preference cookies to remember optional settings;
- analytics cookies to understand website performance and usage; and
- advertising cookies to measure campaigns or tailor advertising.
We use non-essential cookies only after consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already used lawfully, but it stops future optional use.
Current cookie list
Our current website uses WordPress and WooCommerce, hosted by Hostinger. CookieYes provides our consent banner and stores consent preferences in the visitor's browser. We use CookieYes in its free native WordPress mode and have not connected the website to a CookieYes cloud account. SureForms is used for contact forms, Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms from automated abuse, Wallid provides Pay-by-Bank checkout, Google Places provides address autocomplete, and Google Site Kit and Google for WooCommerce provide analytics and advertising/conversion measurement.

Hostinger, LiteSpeed Cache, SureForms, CartFlows, Modern Cart, Flexible Shipping and YayPricing may also use short-lived technical or session storage where needed to deliver, secure or optimise the requested page, form, basket, price or shipping feature. We will review this table after material configuration changes.
Managing choices
Use the CookieYes banner or revisit-consent control on our website to accept or reject optional categories and change a previous choice. The banner provides “Accept All”, “Reject All” and “Customise” controls. Rejecting optional cookies is intended to be as easy as accepting them. You can also remove or block cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout or account features from working.
