What is it?

How is it thought to work?

GHRH-receptor and ghrelin-receptor signalling can converge on pituitary growth-hormone release. The label ‘CJC-1295 No DAC’ is used inconsistently and is not equivalent to albumin-binding CJC-1295 with a drug-affinity complex.

What does the current evidence show?

  1. Albumin-binding CJC-1295 was studied in small placebo-controlled healthy-adult trials and produced sustained GH and IGF-1 changes.
